SAME DAY SHIPPING:

We are happy to offer same day shipping on orders placed before 12:00 PM as long as your order doesn't have any product requires delivery from our warehouse.

EXPLAINING SHIPPING RATE ADJUSTMENTS:

We get the best rates around and pass those savings on to you. While our website provides close estimates, sometimes it does not take into consideration the size of the order, how many boxes your shipment may have, or when your order will be shipped. It is for this reason that Cantafio Sales may add an adjustment to your invoice based on the shipping rate available at the time your order is packaged for delivery.

You're invoice may have a line item similar to this:

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE (Total = $23.64, Original Charge = $18.49) $5.15

The $18.49 would be the rate you selected from the website while the $23.64 is the rate at the time of shipment. Therefore the $5.15 is the difference charged on the line item.

SHIPPING RATE (CanPar Express) $25.94

This means that your order was submitted with a $0.00 shipping charge.

WHAT YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE IS USED FOR

When we ship a package to you, you are paying for our negotiated rates with our 10+ couriers, duties and taxes, and pickup fees. This fee often includes next day service (longer for coastal provices), a tracking number, and required signature so your shipment isn't left outside for theives. We add a very nominal fee to cover our shipping supplies.

SHIPPING WITH YOUR COURIER ACCOUNT

Cantafio Sales strongly suggests you let us ship on our accounts in order to get the best rates and timings available. However, we will also ship your order with your UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator account if you provide us with your account numbers.
